Cooking and Nutrition Info

Fresh pasta, still soft and supple from having just been rolled, cooks very quickly.

To cook any pasta from the Maui Pasta Company, simply boil 4 to 6 quarts of water, add a tablespoon of salt into the water.

Drop the fresh pasta into the boiling water, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.  Drain, add  your favorite sauce, and it is ready to serve!

Points of the Scientific Consensus Statement
